According to Regulation of Cabinet of Ministers No. 253 documentation of port hydrotechnical buildings shall be agreed with Maritime Administration of Latvia. The procedure is described below:
1.1. Harmonization of project documentation
In case of harmonization of port hydrotechnical buildings construction plan in minimum structure (issuing technical regulation if necessary), the following shall be submitted to Maritime Administration of Latvia:
- letter in free form;
- design task (approved with the customer);
- plan of situation;
- explanatory note (full information about the planned actions and overall parameters of the building);
- updated depth measurement plan for the project area (mandatory if deepening is projected);
- approval of minimum structure from the respective harbour master (on the page of general plan).
Harmonization of building projects - the following shall be submitted to Maritime Administration of Latvia:
- letter in free form;
- object construction plan (harmonized with the respective harbour master);
- updated depth measurement plan of the project area (mandatory if deepening is projected);
- technical regulation received before projecting and design order;
- issues described and evaluated during the project and given in technical regulation issued before projecting.
1.2. Obtaining statement of object building completion
The following shall be submitted to Maritime Administration of Latvia:
- letter in free form;
- technical project of object building;
- building register;
- register of copywright;
- acts of completed works;
- executive schemes of works;
- divers' act of inspection after completion of works;
- act of trawling (by request);
- updated depth measurement plan of the project area (mandatory if deepening is projected);
- building object's geodesy measurement act.
