Port State Control inspections of foreign ships calling at Latvian ports are carried out by the Maritime Safety Inspectorate of the Maritime Administration of Latvia, in accordance with the Cabinet Regulation No. 1164 Adopted 21 December 2010 Procedures for Port State Control.
