The online verification system shall be able to verify only the most recent document issued or valid within 5 years prior to today’s date.
How to Search for a Certificate
- Enter your search criteria. Use only Roman characters and Arabic numbers. Enter the certificate / endorsement number (shown under the title of the certificate, see certificate examples below), the name and surname of the seafarer (holder) (name in a certificate is always before surname). All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
- Enter confirmation in the CAPTCHA field and click Verify.
- The system will either retrieve the certificate details or display a message if the certificate is not found.
- Click Reset to make a new search.
Please do not use automatic Google Translate tool as the name and surname of a seafarer may be translated into English.
